F. In each row a solid circle exists in each position so solid circle must be in the center. Each row has one cell with two triangles. The other two cells have one square and one triangle. One is solid, the other empty and both combinations exist in each row. So final cell must have a solid circle in the middle, an empty square and a solid triangle. F is the only one that fits. Don’t know how the square and triangle positions are defined, though. Maybe each column has the squares in the same position?

Every row and column have 3 white triangles and 1 white square, which means the answer will have a white square. Possible answers: B, F. Every column, the white square is uniquely positioned against the two white triangles, which means its position will be 3rd: F. Also: If you look across rows, there will be one tile with 2 white triangles, 1 tile with a white triangle and 1 tile with a black triangle. The position of the single white triangle is the same as the black triangle. If you look across columns, the black circle is always in a different position. If you look across columns, the position of the white square is the same as the position of the black square. I’m sure there are more but will stop there.

Started looking by row, left to right, theres at least 1 black circle in each, and moving 1 position to the left each time. When there are two black shapes it's either a square or a triangle. Noticed the same pattern repeats looking diagonally from top right to bottom left, so that gave the frame/tile pattern (this confirmed the circle pattern as well). So now I know additionally to the single black circle frame there are 2 frames with 2 black shapes by row. Since I already see the circle in the left position I the first frame of last row, and center frame show it in the right position along a square, right frame should be the one with the circle in the center and right frame should be black circle in the center and next to a triangle. Although I think pattern can also be by column top to bottom, with the circle moving to the right instead, this has the same results. So my answer would be 'F'. Something i noticed later is that if you group diagonally from top left to bottom right, each group of 3 has the same tiles, which gives you an idea for the missing one.
