Reasoning 1:
Ok so, the first pattern I noticed was that one ‘gray’ and one ‘black’ arrow always point opposite to each other and one ‘black’ and one ‘white’ arrow always points in the same direction. With this pattern I checked the options. I realised A, B, C follows this pattern but D and E do not. Hence, D and E are not the solution. (I wonder why you have written E as the answer). Then I again saw the question and I realised that the figure flips 90 degree every time. This pattern was consistent throughout. Hence, the most logical answer according to me is option B.
Reasoning 2:
I just found another pattern, it is a bit complicated, and a/c to that pattern again B option is correct. So, the reasoning goes like this.
1. The black and gray arrow pointing towards each other. The black arrow moves in the direction of its head and faces the same direction whereas the gray arrow also moves in the direction it faces but changes it’s direction to the adjacent circle.
2. The white and black arrow pointing in same direction. Both these arrow inter change their position… The white arrow also makes a clockwise 90 degree turn and black arrow makes a 180 degree turn. If you carefully see this, then Option B is again the correct answer.
Reasoning 3:
It is similar to first reasoning but is a different way of looking at things. The black arrows are moving clockwise throughout the circle. And while doing so they move 90 degree in clockwise direction. Same pattern for white and gray arrow. The option is again B.

The answer is B. In this 5 frame example, the entire structure is being turned clockwise, as though the static image of circles and arrows was on top of a spinning record. The turns are 90 degrees per frame. Because we are missing the first frame, we must reverse the process to reveal the answer, looking back at what might have started this pattern. If you take the second frame, and turn it counter-clockwise, you get B. Some might choose A at first glance, except the black and white arrows on the bottom are switched from the pattern. From right to left. The dark arrows move counter clockwise and switching between vertical and horizontal. Which leave B as the only logical next step.
From right to left. The other arrows are moving clockwise while maintaining their position either vertical or horizontal while also flipping from white to grey.
Additionally, the white arrow is always parallel and facing same direction as the black arrow to its right. The grey arrow is always pointing tip to tip with the other black arrow.
With all 3 criteria its B. But just the 1st criteria was needed because there is only 1 possible solution for it.

B. I identified the black arrows rotating and going clockwise. Then I moved from right to left, inverting the pattern and got B. I didn’t look at the grey or white arrows because there was no need, only one option matched the expected pattern of the black arrows - B.

Original Response:
B for me, configuration is rotating clockwise.
But wait… that is when reading the puzzle from left to right. Which was what threw me off originally, because even though it’s best solved right to left, for some reason I kept wanting to find the pattern after the right most image. I can only assume it’s because instinctively I read left to right. So the logic is simple but a bias in me was hindering being able to ‘see’ the solution.
Why We Selected This Response
This response adds a perspective beyond simply identifying the rotation. Beautiful_Ad_8325 noticed that the natural tendency to read left to right influenced how they initially approached the sequence. Recognizing that the missing frame is at the beginning and switching to a right-to-left approach made the solution easier to see.
