Evangelos Katsioulis is a Greek psychiatrist who holds among the highest verified adult scores on several high-ceiling instruments designed for the extreme right tail, including the SLSE-IV, the Cooijmans Intelligence Test, and the Logima Strictica. His scores have been independently tabulated by the World Intelligence Network (WIN), the high-IQ society he founded in 2002.

In addition to WIN, Katsioulis founded the Hellenic chapter of Mensa and is the president of several other high-IQ societies. His academic background is in medicine and psychiatry; he received his medical degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has worked clinically alongside his work on intellectual measurement.

Katsioulis is one of the few adults whose scores in this range are public and tabulated by an independent organization rather than self-reported. Even so, the high-ceiling tests on which he scored carry the standard caveats: their normative samples are small, their item difficulty extends well above the WAIS-IV ceiling, and confidence intervals at extreme ranges are wide.

Caveat: Scores on supplementary high-ceiling tests above ~170 should be interpreted as relative rankings within the test's norm group, not as deviation-IQ equivalents.
